When does reality overcome fiction? When "Terminator" governs.
I have no more things to say about death penalty. And you?

when does one's right end? when the other person's right begins.
does anyone have the right to claim another person's life? definitely not. but every human being is entitled to live in a society that can protect his life, liberty and property from any and all unwarranted intrusion.
when a person commits a wrong so grave that it defies all moral standards, he forfeits his right to be part of the human community.
individuals gave up their basic sovereign rights for a society governed by laws for the common good. this will be rendered nugatory if heinous crimes are left unpunished.
the death penalty can be harsh, but is it not justified to use it to shield something as precious as human rights? do not lose sight of the rights of those who are suffering from the wanton acts of others, they deserve more pity.

The human rights have no limits. If not we are not talking about humans. Maybe you have forgotten it and you are writing about the stones.
